President, Hubert Vedrine Conseil

Former Minister for Foreign Affairs of France (1997 to 2002). In 2000, Together with Dominique Moïsi, published France in an Age of Globalization. Previously spokesman for French president François Mitterand (1988-1991). Served as Secretary-General for the Presidency of the Republic (1991-1995).
