Formerly a Senior Research Fellow at the International Policy Institute at King’s College, London. Served in the National Security Council Secretariat in the Indian Prime Minister’s Office during the Kashmir crisis. Author of India’s Maritime Security (IDSA 2000). Member of Working Group 8: Military Responses.
