Currently involved in research about the role of humanitarian action in conflicts and the implications of the war against terrorism on humanitarian action. A visiting professor at several colleges and consultant to the European Commission. Involved in the project, Humanitarian Visions and Practices at Crossroads, supported by the Ford Foundation.
