Panyarachun, Anand

Former Prime Minister of Thailand (1991-1992)

Chairman of the Thai Constitution Drafting Committee (1997). Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany (1979). In 1976 was promoted to Permanent Minister of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador to the UN and Canada, simultaneously, in 1967 and to the United States in 1972.
