Former assistant US attorney, deputy assistant attorney general, and chief law enforcement officer in the Treasury Department, responsible for the Secret Service, Customs Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Previously a member of the Interpol’s Executive Committee. Associate professor of Law at the New York University School of Law.
