Monem Said Aly, Abdel

Director, Al Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies, and Board Member, Al Ahram Foundation, Cairo

Previously research fellow at the Brookings Institute, and Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard University. Worked as a political advisor in the Amiri Diwan of the State of Qatar between August 1990 and June 1993. Author of numerous books on Arab relations, Egypt’s political system, national security and arms control policies.
