General Secretary of INTERPOL for three successive mandates (1985-2000)

Before joining INTERPOL in 1971, member of Scotland Yard’s Special Branch. Currently President of the Supervisory Board of the EU’s anti-fraud office. Also, he is member of Working Group VII about intelligence services.
