Habiger, Eugene

General (retired), United States Air Force (USAF)

Has over 35 years of experience in national security and nuclear operations. Formerly Department of Energy's director of Security and Emergency Operations. Also served as commander-in-chief of US Strategic Command; was responsible for all US Air Force and Navy strategic nuclear forces supporting the national security strategy of strategic deterrence. A board member of the Nuclear Threat Initiative.
