Main presenter for BBC World and a regular moderator of the Sunday news analysis programme, Dateline London. Lent extensive reporting experience to BBC World throughout the Kosovo crisis. Won the 2002 Hot Bird award for coverage of 9/11 shortly after the twin towers were hit in New York city.
