Davis, Terry

Secretary General, Council of Europe

Member of British Parliament for 28 years. Was official spokesperson for the Labour Party in Parliament for Finance and Economic Affairs, Trade and Industry and Health. Was appointed to the Council of Europe on the recommendation of the British Prime Minister. Has served on numerous Assemblies and Committees including the Special Committee of Privy Councillors, which has reviewed the Anti Terrorism, Crime and Security Act.
