Caillaux, Denis

Secretary General, CARE International

Oversees relief and development work in over 70 countries. Prior to joining CARE International, worked for two decades with UNICEF, most recently as Secretary of the Executive Board. As Area Representative in Dakar, directed the global effort toward universal child immunization in the sub-region and advocated for the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
