Ben-Ami, Shlomo
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Israel, and Vice-President of the Toledo International Center for Peace
Former foreign minister of Israel (2000-2002). Was the main Israeli negotiator at the Camp David summit in 2000, and is the vice-president of the Toledo International Center for Peace . Was a member of the Israeli parliament, Knesset, on the Committee on Foreign and Defence Policy. Israeli ambassador to Spain (1987-1991). Has written several books and articles, the most recent of which is A Front Without a Rearguard: A Voyage to the Boundaries of the Peace Process (Tel Aviv, 2004).
