Argüelles Salaverria, Pedro

President, Boeing, Spain

Joined Boeing from Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (AENA), the Spanish airport and air traffic control operator. Served as president since 2001. From 1996 to 2000, was staff director to the Spanish Ministry of Defence. Elected a member of the European Parliament in 1987. Formerly member and spokesperson of the Economic, Monetary and Industrial Policy Commission and European Parliament Committee for Turkey.
