Director General, EUROCONTROL

Prior to joining EUROCONTROL, served as President of the Air Navigation Commission in ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation). Previously Chief Executive Officer of ISDEFE, S.A., Director General in the Spanish Civil Aviation Administration and Chairman of the intergovernmental task force analysing major aerospace programmes in Spain.
